  1. We only offer replacements in the following cases : defective products, damaged products, wrong item delivered or incorrect size sent from UNTAGGED side.
  2. Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.
  3. We do not offer returns or exchanges for : customer size selection mistakes, change of mind or personal preference.
  4. No refunds shall be processed unless approved by our support team under exceptional circumstances.
  5. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for replacement.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All content on this Website, including but not limited to: Logos, graphics, product designs, images, videos, text, artwork, branding are the intellectual property of UNTAGGED and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
